"Becoming Leaders: A Practical Handbook for Women in Engineering, Science, and Technology" - with two new sections for women in graduate studies and women in the public service - is published by the American Society of Civil Engineers Press, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Press, and the Society of Women Engineers. The first edition was released in April 2008 followed by the second edition in March 2019.

The book is available in soft-cover or as a PDF e-book from the ASCE website.
